2: Helpdesk Ticket - The helpdesk
should be used when you are unable to find answers to your questions in the
Member Forums; or if no one was able to resolve your issue to your
satisfaction.
Note: Each ticket is responded in the order received, M-F during
normal business hours. |

emergency or simply need a little one-on-one assistance, we offer priority
phone support for $25 USD per incident, per hour. Just open a helpdesk
ticket to schedule a conference call. |
